A standoff ... in the heart of Bozeman

Meadows South Bozeman (officially the Association of Unit Owners of Meadows South Condominium Owners, Inc.), is a 24-unit condo association on Fairway Drive in Bozeman, Montana. The community is bounded on the East the by the now-18th hole of the beautiful Valley View Golf Club, and on the West by the Bozeman Trail System.  Located on a private cul-de-sac street, the setting is perfect for quiet evenings on the deck, riding bikes with grandkids, walking the dog to visit friends and neighbors, or - in winter - cross-country skiing.

There are lovingly landscaped owner’s individual gardens and numerous planting areas maintained by the Association, for all to enjoy. On crisp fall Saturdays, Meadows South is within easy walking distance of an MSU Bobcat Football game or working in one of the many flower gardens. Animals of all kinds share our neighborhood including deer, ducks, song birds, cranes, and even an occasional black bear. Condos are owner-occupied, well cared for, with extensive open landscaping.

The Westridge Meadows Condominium Owners' Association, "Meadows North," to our north on Fairway Drive, is a 32-unit condo association.
